Request Account Deletion
To delete your Unwyned account and all associated data, send an email to:

How to Request Deletion
- Send an email to [email protected]
- Use the subject line: "Delete My Unwyned Account"
- Include the email address associated with your Unwyned account
- Confirm that you want your account permanently deleted
We will verify your identity and process your request within 30 days. You'll receive a confirmation email once your account has been deleted.
What Gets Deleted
When you delete your account, we permanently remove:

What We May Retain
Some data may be retained for legal and business purposes:

Before You Delete
- This action is permanent. Your data cannot be recovered after deletion.
- If you have an active subscription, cancel it first through the App Store or Google Play.
- Consider exporting your wine ratings if you want to keep a record.
Alternative Options
Not ready to delete? You have other choices:
- Sign out: Simply sign out of the app. Your data remains but you won't be actively using it.
- Data export: Request a copy of your data before deletion by emailing [email protected].
- Reset profile: Want a fresh start? Email us to reset your taste profile while keeping your account.
